• 8.00 pm - Community Mental Health Centre, Green Road, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath (Come to the roundabout opposite the General Hospital. Turn left, then immediately left again. The single storey long building on the left is the Community Mental Health Centre).

• 7.30 pm - National Learning Network, Belhavel Training Centre, Golden Island, Athlone, Co. Westmeath (Coming in the Dublin road turn left into the Golden Island Shopping Centre.  Across the road from the main entrance to the shopping centre Belhavel Training Services are straight up the street to the left).
• 7.30 pm - Community Health Centre, Bridge St. Portlaoise (Down main st. take last turn on right. The Mental H.Centre is the yellow building on the right).

• 2.30 pm - Mooreville Day Centre, Rathdowney, Co. Laois (Coming from Portlaoise go up Main St. of Rathdowney past parish church.Take first left. The first entrance after Health Centre is Mooreville Day Centre. ).
• 3.00 pm - GROW Office, Bolger House, Patrick Street, Tullamore (Green door to the right of the Mezzo Italian Restaraunt)
