Personal Growth and Community Building through Leadership - A Distance Learning Course

This course has been put together by the National Training Team of GROW in Ireland. Our main hope is that by undertaking the course, people will "catch the leadership bug" and become as excited by that experience as members of the team have been. Leadership in GROW is really a journey, both of self-discovery and of the revelation and the worth of others, in and through the community.

We say in GROW that "Mental Health cannot be taught, it has to be learned together". We hope that this course will provide a way for you to learn, not only about GROW, but about yourself, as someone with unique and irreplaceable leadership qualities. As we grow in leadership, we also experience others as a part of a community into which we are ever more deeply invited.
